 Our Health Homes program in coordination with the "whole-person" philosophy is dedicated to providing integrated and coordinated care for individuals with chronic conditions. Our primary goal is to address the comprehensive needs of each individual by integrating and coordinating all primary, acute, behavioral health, and long-term services and supports. 

 You Turn Behavioral Health Services, LLC is a CARF-accredited outpatient mental health clinic that offers a comprehensive range of treatment services. Our clinic specializes in providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions, which can be conducted either in the comfort of one's own home or in our office.  

 Our Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program for Adults (PRP) provides a comprehensive array of services designed to enhance the functionality and stability of individuals diagnosed with mental health illnesses, while also reducing homelessness.  

 Our Minor Services are specifically designed to foster self-sufficiency and advocacy for children. Our primary objective is to equip minors with the necessary tools for independence and success, while fostering a positive self-image.
