The Clinical Director/Supervisor provides clinical oversight and quality assurance to unlicensed and licensed staff clinicians who provide community-based mental health care services with a focus on trauma-informed services.
The Rehab Specialist has the responsibility of providing education and training to adults with serious mental illness aimed at developing problem-solving skills, enhancing self-esteem, developing pre-vocational skills, improving social/relationship skills, and facilitating enhanced community integration and recovery within a psychosocial rehabilitation setting.
The Direct Service Worker position is an integral part of our clinical services and in ensuring client safety while clients progress towards rehabilitation goals daily. The DSW has the responsibility of assisting an individual who has a psychiatric disability in the process of restoration of community functioning and well-being.
The Mental Health Counselor works within the interdisciplinary team to provide both mental health and addiction counseling. The basic functions of the Licensed Clinical Therapist are to provide assessments, treatments, psychotherapy, case management, and referrals to a broad range of clients, including those which are severely mentally ill and those dealing with adjustment issues.
Office Manager provides administrative oversight of the program including assisting support staff, with productivity issues, operational issues, regulatory requirements as well as client and provider relations. The Office Manager is responsible for the overall smooth running of the program in conjunction with the Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer to ensure that the program goals and objectives are met on a daily, weekly, quarterly, and annual basis.
The Billing and Coding Specialist utilizes knowledge of insurance regulations, health insurance contracts, medical coding, and bookkeeping to perform a variety of revenue cycle support activities. These include but are not limited to coding, insurance verification, ensuring the accuracy of the information housed in the practice management system (I Can Notes), and submitting accurate claims to Optum Maryland.
The corporate compliance officer is responsible for planning, designing, implementing, and maintaining the programs compliance and audit programs, policies, and procedures that promote a corporate culture that fosters ethical and compliant behavior. The corporate compliance officer provides the basis for ensuring adequate internal controls and compliance with all laws and regulatory requirements applicable to the organization.
